*By commissioning @neonismm you agree to all of the following TOS, if you have a question feel free to reach out, regardless of if you're planning on commissioning at the time.

but also-> & Discord Nitro !- Payement is to be made in USD, the client is in charge of any conversions that are to be made.REVISIONS -> after the sketch/flat color phase.- Small revisions (ex: change eye color) won't be charged for.
- Large revisions might charge extra and can be denied (please be specific during the WIP phase! provide me with color palettes and/or poses for best results!ARTIST RIGHTS- Do not remove the final version watermark from the commission.
- The artist should be credited when the commission is reposted to any social media (it is prohibited to pass the art as your own!)
- The artist has the right to decline a commission without needing to explain themselves.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USEYou may:
- Repost/crop the artwork with credit.
- Use it as reference/profile picture with credit.You may not;
- Ask other artists to edit my art.
- Add any kind of offensive text, symbols, hateful speech.
- * Utilize my artwork for ANY commercial use.*The artwork may be used commercially by the buyer ONLY if the artist agrees to it. A "commercial use" fee will be added to the payment. The amount of the fee is at the artist's discretion. ARTWORK RIGHTS- The artist maintains complete copyright ownership of the commissioned artworks and holds the privilege to publish or feature the artworks on their social media, portfolio, or other display platforms.
- Ownership rights for the characters depicted in the artworks are retained by their respective owners.CANCELLATIONS- If I'm unable to complete your commission you will recieve a full refund.
- After the initial payment is made the buyer won't get a refund if the artist has already started working on the commission.
- If you are being hateful and uncooperative your commission might be cancelled.

SKEBS $10 : ICON or BUST ! *READ THIS DESCRIPTION BEFORE REQUESTING A SKEB !Requesting a SKEB:
1.Contact me (DM) on any of the socials listed on the home page
2. Send over a reference of your character of choice
3 (OPTIONAL). Send any additional information you would like (pose ideas, expressions, etc..)
4. Wait for the SKEB to be completed!TOS for SKEBs: SKEBs are commissions with no progress updates AND no revisions. They allow the artist to have creative freedom when drawing the character.My SKEB commissions are fully colored but NOT fully rendered. You can expect the art to look similar to the pieces below.
